We have provided comprehensive and individually tailored sacroiliac joint care for our clients both locally and afar for over 17 years.  If you are interested in traveling to the Atlanta area we can assist you in your physical therapy care with our out of town program.  It is recommend that you plan on staying a minimum of 4-5 days.  Below is a breakdown of our out of town package:

Out of town program $1099

• 2-hour comprehensive evaluation and initial treatment session
• 4 hours (spread over 2-4 days) of specifically tailored treatment and exercise performance training (NOT protocol based)
• Necessary supplies for self-treatment upon return to your hometown
• Access to our exercise portal that provides pictures and videos of your exercises

***A deposit of $450 is due when you book your appointment.  Cancellations must be made within 48 hours to receive a refund
