We are happy to announce that we have added a new physical therapist to our team! Samuel Kridl, PT, DPT, OCS will be working out of our Sandy Springs office starting June 5, 2017.
Sam received his B.S. in Physiology from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2010 where he was first exposed to sports rehabilitation as a member of the men’s volleyball program.

As the days get shorter and the weather gets chilly, staying in shape can become more of a challenge. Fewer hours of sunlight means we are more likely to stay indoors rather than take that brisk walk that we may have enjoyed during the summer months. The colder weather also slows our metabolism which also can cause weight gain if we don’t stay active.
